Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 19, 2026 · Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Chad Justin Enterprises LLC ("Chad Justin Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") operates FitnessExecute, a personalized training and coaching product available at fitnessexecute.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account and profile data (name, email, phone number, password), onboarding inputs (goals, training experience, schedule, preferred trainer), body stats (height, weight, age, target weight), workout activity (sets, reps, completed sessions, notes), community posts, and messages you send to your AI trainer or support.

Payment information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — Stripe returns a customer and subscription reference, plan tier, and status which we retain to manage access.

Information collected automatically

Device and log data (IP address, browser, operating system, timestamps), authentication events, email delivery events (sends, opens, bounces, unsubscribes), and basic usage analytics to keep the Service reliable.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and secure your account and authenticate you.
  • Generate your personalized training plan and daily check-ins using AI trainers.
  • Send transactional email (welcome, morning check-ins, workout completion, plan updates, receipts, security notices).
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and Automated Processing

FitnessExecute uses large language models to generate training plans, coach responses, and check-in copy. Your training inputs, stats, and prompts are sent to our AI providers solely to produce output for you. We do not authorize these providers to use your data to train their public models. AI output is a recommendation, not medical advice — see the Terms of Service and consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of it:

  • Hosting and database infrastructure.
  • Authentication and email delivery.
  • AI model providers (for plan and coach generation).
  • Stripe (payments and subscription management).
  • Video providers (for exercise demonstration links surfaced in your plan).
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Chad Justin Enterprises, our users, or the public.

6. Community Content

Posts, reactions, and affirmations you submit to community features are visible to other authenticated users of the Service. Do not post anything you consider private. You can delete your own posts at any time; hidden or flagged content may be retained for moderation and safety.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, training, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Email delivery logs and suppression records are retained to honor your unsubscribe and bounce preferences. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Data Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level database access controls, and least-privilege service accounts. No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for signing out on shared devices. Suspected compromise should be reported to the address in Section 12.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at the address in Section 12 from the email on your account. You can also update your profile and email preferences, or delete your account, directly in Settings. Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

FitnessExecute is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
